Morning proceed for city tour of Haridwar
one of the seven holiest places according to Hindu mythology. Visit Har-Ki-Pauri, later visit Mansadevi Temple, this temple atop the Bilwa Parvat offers a panoramic view of Haridwar, the Ganges, and the countryside. 
After leisurely breakfast check out and drive to Rishikesh, on arrival check in at your hotel. Rishikesh- located in the laps of lower Himalayas, & is surrounded by scenic beauty of the hills on three sides with Holy Ganges flowing through it. It is claimed as Yoga Capital of the world. Overnight stay at hotel.
Early morning go for Yoga Session in a Ashram (optional)- a Yoga retreat close to the resort. Later proceed for city tour of Rishikesh, visit Lakshman Jhula, a suspended bridge across the Ganga. Followed by Muni-ki-Reti
literally, the sands of the sages. Later visit the Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, Evening free and easy for shopping, overnight stay at hotel.
