Day to Day Itinerary|
(04 nights Nile Cruise / 01 night sleeper train / 2 nights Cairo) (In Luxor / Out Cairo) Day 1:
Arrive to Luxor International Airport where you will be met and assisted through Immigration and customs and transferred to board your Nile Cruise. Visit Karnak and Luxor Temples, a centuries old city of Pylons, Hypostyle halls, colossal statues, Shrines and Obelisks. Continue to visit the West Bank necropolis including Valley of Kings, Funeral temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 2:
Early morning sailing to Edfu via Esna enjoying the wonderful scenery and Picturesque rural sights by the banks of the river Nile. Overnight in Edfu. Day 3: Travel by horse drawn carriages to the temple of Horus, the Falcon god in Edfu. This temple is considered the best preserved ancient temple and the second largest after the temple of Karnak. Sail to Kom Ombo where you will visit the Ptolemaic temple of Sobek and Haroeris. Sail to Swan and Overnight
Day 4:
Optional trip to Abu Simbel by Car. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 5:
After breakfast, disembark. Visit the Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries with Unfinished Obelisk and the temple of Philae. Day at leisure on your own. In evening Transfer to Railway station to board your sleeper train to Cairo, Dinner and overnight Onboard sleeper train.
Day 6: Breakfast on board sleeper train. Meet and assist by our representative upon arrival to Cairo. Drop luggage at hotel and proceed to visit the Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza which have Stood for the last 5000 years. Continue to visit the Egyptian museum of Antiquities which includes the world's largest collection of Pharonic artifacts and the Treasures of Tutankhamen's tomb. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 7:
After breakfast enjoy your free day at leisure or you may opt for an optional Overday to Alexandria where you will visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shugafa, Pompey's Pillar, Montazah Gardens, Roman Amphitheatre and Qaitbay fortress. Overnight in Cairo.
